MYSTICAL JUNGLE
ROOMS
Minimum of people required:
To reserve your retreat a minimum of 12 people are required. This would be to reserve 6 rooms or 12 shared beds. Minimum stay is 4 nights.
Reserve dates and make deposit:
Contact us using the email address at the bottom of this PDF to check availability.
Once the dates are confirmed, we required $1.500 USD to deposit to book the rooms and + 10% service fee for staff will be charged.
This deposit is not refundable nor part of the total payment (booking free).
A credit card is required to guarantee and cover additional costs of expenses when registering in each room of each guest.

Note:
From December 15th to January 15th the price in private room is $559 usd/night/room.
From December 15th to January 15th the price in Beehive bed is $99 usd/night/room.
Extra people have an extra cost of $25 usd/night.
Arrival/ Departure policies:
Check in time start from 3 pm.
Check out is at 12 pm.
Late check out may be considered upon availability with an additional cost.
We reserve the right to withdraw your personal belongings after the agreed check out time.
General conditions or group reservations and special events partial or total occupation on the hotel.
Cancellation policy:
Any withdrawal or reservation purchase must be paid in full 30 calendar days prior to arrival, in case of cancellation only the total amount paid at the time of requesting the cancellation will be refunded, substracting the amount of the reservation booking free.
Cancellation policies are as follows: reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date are sub act to a 10% administrative free 2 to 0 days prior to arrival date, or in case of non arrival, are non refundable.
For cancellations you must send an email to holisikaretreats@gmail.com with a brief explanation of the reasons of your cancellation and our Costumer Service team will respond within 48 hours. Remember that cancellations are governed by the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy.
